Defines the local memory bit width

2 (010): 32-bits

3 (011): 64-bits
LMEM_Ways

Defines the ways of set associative

0 (0000): Reserved (not applicable)

2 (0010): 2-way set associative

4 (0100): 4-way set associative
LMEM_Size

Defines the local memory size

4 (0100): 8KB

5 (0101): 16KB

7 (0111): 64KB
LMEM_Valid

Defines whether the local memory is present
